I know this jacket is sweet, since my boyfriend has it and that i steal it all the time! thus heat, thus snug. completely prime notch. What very impressed me concerning this purchase, though, was the wonderful client service I got with Department of products. By the time my order need to them they were all sold out of this jacket, however rather than a type letter I got a very nice note from Paul J. (DoG Gearhead) asking me to decision so that they may "hook me up" with another order. Paul went out of his thanks to certain that i used to be happy and to he even sure that i would be obtaining the jacket before Christmas, an possibility I did not get with my initial order. i'm thus impressed with their client service and that i cannot wait to shop for from them again!
