The sleet to street parka features columbia's 3-in-1 interchange system. this gives you the option to wear it three ways - as a heavy weight layered parka, as a lightly insulated shell or just the liner as a jacket. the outershell and liner offer omni shield water and stain resistant protection.Very warm and good stuff. What I was looking for a simple a style only but not bloated warm.
